Freak weather has ensured both AWCC LOC sides pass smoothly into Grand Finals next Saturday!

The 4s were hit with hail stones but not before McIntosh (50), Tolhurst (32), Lockwood (37*) and Kallio (23) had ensured it would take Heathmont's best to chase down a score in excess of 180.

The 5s were also well placed, with 150 on the board before the skies opened up!

With highest ladder positioning ensuring the advantage, both skippers are delighted to be rewarded with Grand Final berths.

"We deserve this crack at it" said 4s skipper, Brendan Foley. "We are in good form with both bat and ball, and have a great mix of experience and youth. We cant wait for the big game".

Captain Fab Phil explained that the 5s are well placed to take on Richmond Union, who have made some huge scores throughout the season. "We're pumped. We will give it a real go and see if we cant bring home the bacon!"
