WILLOWS NEWS UPDATE Matches, rooms, fun and games!
Bring home the bacon and lend ‘a Cobber’ a hand this Saturday
Good luck to everyone who pulls on the creams or whites this weekend. Following games on Saturday, make sure you are on hand to offer Phil a hand in moving a few old photo’s, tables or chairs out of Ferndale. We need to clear out this weekend to allow the new renovations to commence. Cobber can’t do it on his Pat Malone – so make sure you are there to give him a hand. Plans for the new Ferndale Park redevelopment which are available up at Ashy Park.
20/20 Tuesday
Ashy Park comes to life with 20/20 cricket at its best. Ashburton take on old foe Mulgrave at the home of Turf cricket – Ashburton Park. From 5pm. There will be live commentary, music, gourmet bbq, drinks and plenty of hard hitting cricket. Tell your mates and bring them along – this promises to be a BIG ONE! While you at it, make sure you poke your head in and check out the new Ashy rooms which will be officially opened on the night by our Club President, Mr Rodney Piltz.
